Ecuador’s Chocó rainforest is one of the world’s most biodiverse swatches of green. The mod ecolodge Mashpi takes advantage of the yearlong growing season by serving rainforest-to-table meals alongside seasonal microbrews from craft label Santana Brewing Company.

The cerveza artesanal nanobrewery is based in Quito and does not export, so Mashpi guests tap the Andes to taste alternately fruity, dry, malty and crisp red, blond and dark varieties.
